Exclamation Exteriors, LLC and its partners/associates solely locate, document, and analyze the physical aspects of damaged structures to prepare estimates and related documentation for the structure owner(s). Services provided are limited to: identifying and recording damage; documenting existing materials and components (including manufacturer, color, size, and age where applicable); evaluating repairability and replacement needs; preparing scope(s) of work; estimating replacement and mitigation costs; and referencing applicable building codes, required materials, safety considerations, and trade best practices as part of our professional opinion.

Property owners should consider seeking independent legal advice, engineering evaluations, or other licensed professional services where appropriate. The services provided by Exclamation Exteriors, LLC are intended to assist property owners in understanding property condition and recommended repairs and are not a substitute for services regulated by other professions.
